General Terms of Use for Users

To use our website and services, you agree to the following terms of use. Please read these terms carefully before using the website or service.

1. Scope
   1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Go Ausbildung job platform ("Go Ausbildung", "we", or the "platform"), provided by Mohamed Abdelbacit Adous, Hauptsmoorstr. 12, 96052 Bamberg ("operator"). The websites and apps are collectively referred to as the "platforms". The platform allows users to create accounts, browse job listings, and apply for vacancies.
   2. If you want to publish job offers, our Terms and Conditions for Companies apply instead of these terms. Additional provisions may apply to specific services and will be communicated separately.
   3. The services offered under these terms are intended exclusively for the personal job search of natural persons (employed or self-employed). Commercial use, such as promoting company services, is not permitted.
2. Services of Go Ausbildung
   1. Go Ausbildung provides information and services related to careers and employment, especially access to published vacancies and technical tools for application processes.
   2. When you register, parts of your CV and profile may be visible to Go Ausbildung customers. We may also suggest your profile to suitable customers.
   3. Users who agree to these terms and provide contact data may receive notifications with relevant job offers and service information. Notification frequency and type can be adjusted in account settings. Essential service notifications cannot be fully disabled.
   4. Some services are available without registration. Registration enables additional features that may not be available otherwise.
3. Registration and User Account
   1. To register, you must provide a valid email address and password. The account agreement becomes effective when we activate your account.
   2. Your registration constitutes an offer to conclude a contract. Go Ausbildung may accept or reject registration at its discretion. There is no legal entitlement to contract conclusion.
   3. You must provide complete and truthful information and keep your contact details up to date. If data changes, you must update it immediately.
   4. Each user may create only one account. Accounts are not transferable.
   5. Accounts are created for an unlimited period and are not deleted automatically. You may terminate the account at any time in settings or by notifying Go Ausbildung.
   6. You may create a CV profile. If you upload attachments or use a CV generator, content and structure may be analyzed automatically to improve services.
   7. Data entered during applications may be added to your profile and used for personalized recommendations and service optimization.
   8. Usage analytics collected during platform use may be linked with your profile for service delivery and improvement.
   9. You can set your profile visibility. By default, profiles are visible, but this can be changed at any time in settings.
   10. Visible profiles may be viewed by customers and may be suggested for matching vacancies. Customers can contact you via Go Ausbildung or their own channels.
   11. If available, Go Ausbildung may show application status updates (e.g., received, in process, rejected) based on customer-provided information.
   12. If a customer processes applications through Go Ausbildung, your application and attachments may be stored in your account history.
4. User Obligations
   1. You must use your account personally and keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
   2. You must comply with all applicable laws. In particular, you may not publish content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or confidential.
   3. It is prohibited to impersonate others, send spam or mass unsolicited communications, use scraping tools, deploy bots to manipulate activities, collect personal data without consent, or post unlawful third-party links.
   4. All information you provide must be truthful. You may not create accounts for third parties or non-existing persons. Profile pictures must represent you.
   5. Uploaded content must not contain malware.
   6. When sharing personal data with third parties (e.g., recruiters), you do so at your own risk. Verify recipients and avoid sending highly sensitive data (such as passport numbers or bank details) unless strictly necessary and secure.
   7. You indemnify Go Ausbildung against third-party claims resulting from your violation of these terms or applicable law.
   8. Go Ausbildung may reject content publication and may temporarily or permanently suspend accounts in case of violations.
5. License for User Content
   1. By submitting content, you grant Go Ausbildung a non-exclusive, worldwide license for the duration of the contract to store, host, process, transmit, display, analyze, and otherwise use content as necessary to provide agreed services.
   2. You warrant that you have all required rights to the submitted content and that such content and use do not violate law or third-party rights.
6. Warranties
   1. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, suitability, or continuous availability of platform content and services.
   2. Temporary interruptions, technical restrictions, and outages may occur.
   3. Although backups are performed, complete prevention of data loss cannot be guaranteed. Please keep your own backups.
   4. We do not guarantee that user-defined criteria are fully or perfectly applied in every service outcome.
7. Limitation of Liability
   1. Go Ausbildung is liable in accordance with applicable law for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, from intent or gross negligence, from fraudulent conduct, or from breach of guaranteed characteristics.
   2. In cases of slight negligence, liability for property or financial damage is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable typical damage.
   3. Liability under mandatory law (e.g., product liability) remains unaffected.
8. Deactivation and Termination
   1. The user account agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. Both parties may terminate at any time without giving reasons and with immediate effect.
   2. After termination, personal data may be deleted or retained in anonymized form for analysis where legally permitted or required.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
   1. The platform, software, databases, graphics, interfaces, designs, names, and trademarks are protected by intellectual property law. As between you and Go Ausbildung, all rights remain with Go Ausbildung.
   2. Subject to compliance with these terms, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform. You may not use services to develop competing offerings, access unauthorized functions, or modify/decompile source code unless permitted by law.
10. Confidentiality and Data Protection
    1. Go Ausbildung handles personal data confidentially and processes it in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our privacy policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
    1. Go Ausbildung may amend terms for registration-based services where reasonable for users. Notice will generally be provided at least four weeks in advance (e.g., during login or by email).
    2. If you do not object within the notice period or log in again, amended terms may become part of the contract as indicated in the notice.
    3. Material changes to core contractual obligations are excluded from this simplified change mechanism.
12. Applicable Law and Miscellaneous
    1. These terms are governed by German law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules where applicable.
    2. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
    3. Go Ausbildung is not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
13. Job and Service Notifications
    1. You may subscribe to notifications about vacancies and services via available channels (e.g. email, browser notifications, and other supported channels).
    2. Recommendations are based on account data, settings, and usage behavior. You can unsubscribe from notifications at any time; some notifications may need to be disabled individually.
    3. To prevent unauthorized subscriptions, we may send a confirmation email and ask you to confirm via link.
14. Changes and Discontinuation of Services
    1. To maintain usability and adapt to market conditions, Go Ausbildung may modify, limit, or discontinue services. There is no entitlement to unchanged availability or functionality.
    2. If you do not agree with such changes, you may terminate the agreement and stop using the platform.
15. Fees
    1. Services for users under these terms are free of charge.
